Products, repairs and servicing
Machine service and calibration is normally carried out on the customer’s premises and consists of the machine being cleaned out and the components being checked for wear and signs of future problems, calibration of meters is done by using the latest traceable instruments to check the accuracy of the machine instruments. Our welding equipment repair service is both carried out on site and at our factory, and most call outs are normally attended to within 24 hours, where possible.
We stock a wide range of consumables and components for various welding set-ups as well as a large range of both NEW and Reconditioned / Refurbished machines. These include MIG, TIG, Plasma and Brazing units in both DC and AC/DC. We also stock various welding torches and can perform service and repair on all types of welding equipment including welding machines, welding torches and water coolers. We can also provide fume extraction units and solutions.
There are a number of other products which are necessary to provide a safe working environment. These include welding helmets, gauntlets, gloves, safety glasses, welder’s caps, ear plugs and safety goggles – all of which can be found on our webstore.
